Guidelines

Please refer to the guidelines for requesting a donation from CPR Foundation.

Funding Request Terms:

All recipients must agree to have a CPRF banner at my event. Photos must be tagged @cprfcharity on Social Media.

All recipients must agree to post photos of their event on Social Media tagged with @cprfcharity.

Recipients must send us a letter of appreciation.

Your request must be submitted via the online donation form at least 5 weeks prior to your event date.

Donations will not be given to political organizations.

Approved donation requests will be contacted by the foundation.

We will respond to the request within one week of your submission.
